This is a program designed to assist individuals and families in Waterbury and Hartford, CT who are in need of behavioral health and psychiatric services and are living under 150% of the federal poverty level. Funded by Connecticut Council of Family Services Agencies through a grant from the Department of Social Services, covered services include psychosocial assessment, psychotherapy, mental health groups, psychiatric evaluations and medication management. The target population is children from birth to adults who have reached 65 years old and who do not have health insurance or whose health insurance does not cover mental health services.
