Catholic Charities provides safe nurturing homes along with day services in which persons with cognitive and developmental disabilities can reach the highest level of independence possible. Our group homes are structured and operated to provide a place for the residents to feel safe and relaxed, to interact with caring people, and to learn new skills. Each home is supervised by trained staff 24 hours/ 7 days a week. We also supervise an apartment for two adult males who work in the community during the day and have a high degree of self-sufficiency. We offer vocational opportunities as well as leisure activities to nonresident adults with cognitive difficulties.
