Early Childhood Services

Catholic Charities provides quality, affordable early childhood care and education to children of all races and religions.  Our quality programs are licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). NAEYC accreditation means that each program meets the most rigorous national standards in education, health and safety.

We offer early childhood care and education for preschoolers ages 3 to 5 years old, an Infant-Toddler Program in Greater Waterbury serving children age 6 weeks to 3 years old, and the Early Childhood Consultation Partnership (ECCP) in Hartford.  ECCP is an evidence-based early childhood mental health consultation program designed to meet the social and emotional needs of children, birth to five, by offering support, education and consultation to daycare, pre-school and other educational settings that serve young children, as well as to their parents and other caregivers.
