Staffing Needs

Part time and full time positions are available for direct care staff on first, second, and third shifts Sunday through Saturday.

If you are interested in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and you have a high school diploma, a GED, or a higher academic degree, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, and good professional/work references, we may have the employment opportunity you are looking for.

We offer paid training in our offices to enable you to provide meaningful support to our residents.
